Ingredients:
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Step One: Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds until well combined
Notes: Store covered in the fridge for 2 weeks
