Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pasta of choice
- 1 large chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups croutons
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- A couple cracks of freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Step One: Mix everything together in a large bowl, adjust ingredients to your preference
Notes: This recipe would be equally as good with shrimp or salmon instead of chicken.
